Afi James
Afi James is a one man-band-seven-instrument-groove-soothe-train-your-ears-don’t-know-what-hit sorta, something.
He started as a busker with a nylon string guitar and a backpack, thumb turned out trying to get out of some desert highway in Western Australia. His songs are sunlight.
Something that makes you remember your own strength, to stand up and give it one more go.
As he’s travelled his sound has grown and now plays live guitar, drums with his feet, the didgeridoo and loops vocals and a bass. Like I said, your ears don’t know what just slid through, but your heart does.
